Where does Sunara Power provide service?+

How is Sunara Power different from my local utility?+
Your local utility still delivers the electricity to your home or business. Sunara Power is your retail electricity provider — we supply the electricity and handle your billing. You choose your rate with us, while your utility handles the physical delivery and maintenance.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Sunara Power is committed to complete pricing transparency. The rate you see when you sign up is the rate you pay. There are no surprise charges or fees added to your bill.

Signing Up

How do I sign up?+
Simply enter your ZIP code on our website to see available plans in your area. Choose the plan that fits your needs and complete your enrollment online in minutes.
Is a deposit required?+
Many of our plans require no deposit. Deposit requirements vary based on your plan selection and credit history. You will be notified of any deposit requirement before completing your enrollment.
How quickly can I get service started?+
In most service areas, same-day or next-day service activation is available. Sign up before noon and we will work to get your power activated the same business day.
Can I switch from my current provider?+
Yes. Switching to Sunara Power is easy and there is no interruption to your electricity service. We handle the switch for you — your power stays on throughout the entire process.

Plans & Billing

What residential plans do you offer?+
We offer three residential plans: the Flex Plan (month-to-month, no contract), the 12-Month Saver (fixed rate for 12 months), and the 24-Month Ultra (our lowest guaranteed rate for 24 months). Visit our Residential page to compare all plans.
What does a fixed rate mean?+
A fixed rate means your electricity rate per kWh stays the same for the entire length of your contract. Your rate will not go up even if market prices increase — giving you predictable bills month after month.
What is an early termination fee?+
If you cancel a fixed-term plan before your contract ends, an early termination fee applies. The 12-Month Saver has a $150 fee and the 24-Month Ultra has a $250 fee. The Flex Plan has no early termination fee since it has no contract.
How do I pay my bill?+
You can pay your bill online through your Sunara Power account, set up automatic payments, or contact our support team via the Contact page. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as ACH bank transfers.

Do you offer commercial electricity plans?+
Yes. We provide custom commercial electricity solutions for businesses of all sizes. Our commercial rates are tailored to your actual usage, business type, and number of locations. Visit our Commercial page to request a quote.
How does the commercial quote process work?+
Simply fill out our commercial quote form with your business details and average monthly bill. A Sunara Power commercial specialist will contact you within 2–3 business days to discuss your custom rate options.
Can you handle multiple business locations?+
Yes. We offer multi-location billing and account management. All your locations can be managed under a single Sunara Power account with consolidated reporting.
